Miracles are attributed to St. Joseph at the St. Joseph Miraculous Shrine in South India very near the Arabian Sea. The miracles started in 1905 with a community meal and cure from cholera and continue to draw devotees from far and near. The shrine built is 1955 is next to a beautiful blue open-air chapel that also has a large image of St. Joseph as well as an altar on statues of other Saints. It is well-worth a stop on any trip along the coastal highway just south of Kochi.
